Is NYCSE a good agency? I didn’t have good experience with Mizuki here; this seems to be a dud with Snow. Are these exceptions or the general case?

This was only my 3rd time there. I like their location and the quality of their setup so I'll probably keep going for now. Mika was amazing, this one and Kotomi not so much. As long as they keep the scheduled apppointments and the providers are decent I'm game.

This agency seems to focus on young providers staying for 1 to 3 weeks, so theres bound to be a lot of duds.
