Agreed but other alternatives equally or more lucrative are most of Western Europe, Australia and increasingly Africa (number 1 destination for Chinese hookers now). For gals in the $240-$300 tier, it's a bit of a numbers game -- 5 to 7 dudes a day. The gal will usually take $160 from the total (though some houses will charge the gals for covers and other incidentals. The houses often arrange or give for high-interest loans too).
So they're looking at typically $800-$1000 a day or around $12k-15k a month cash (minus a week or so for the monthly visitor, though I've heard that some gals will work their periods too). And of course, some days are typically slower than others -- Sundays are usually the slowest. Nonetheless, the $500+ per hour gals often price themselves out of making the same monthly cash because they are less in demand and either have additional sources of income or are trying to go sugar baby.
