So you were ripped off by her? Heard a story or probably read it a long while back of a guy who was ripped off by a spa and he actually did blow the whistle on the spa. Revenge worked i guess. Pretty daring as he probably had to either lie about his activities there or fess up. Either way i imagine the police or DA didnt believe he was not a customer. But they did investigate the place and bust. If i can find the story ill send a link.
I beg you all to NOT do what this guy just said. We all get screwed a little bit every once and a while but no need to shut the place down. I have been here off an on for several years and if nothing else, generally have gotten a pretty good massage. Just post the review and then vote with your wallet.
Unfortunately a lot of these places are having a lot of turnover with the employees and you just never know who you're bringing in and what they're going to do in the room. The owner of this place is a great person and if this is brought to their attention they will immediately resolve that problem. Best thing you could do is voice your problem to the owner or at least put it on here as you did and that review will get forwarded to the owner and they will handle it.
