Sorry CY about this experience.. I've seen Shiny quite a few times, and have never faced such attitude from her. But, yes - I am much younger though !!
But having said that, You are right - You should get the same service as others, for your money. After all you are paying the same as others !!
But, the fact of the matter is - Hobby is such a thing that even if you do not like, there will always be a YMMV thing here !! That's a harsh reality whether you want to accept it or not !!
