Probably trying to save every penny with lights out. Volume is way way down. I was at a place and told I was only 2nd customer of week and it was Friday. Leveraged that to my advantage

Looks like things have changed. I had been there almost 2 yrs ago and there were 65+ old ones.. I felt bad that I was making them work on my back..
I didnt expect nor did they offer anything then
