Yea exactly.
First, people pretend like the internet doesn't exist, while they're on the internet. Most all of the spas has a website, and when Johnny Clipboard from Code Enforcement or Ricky Law from the PD see this place's website alongside the website of Hand and Stone, are you sure they are such morons they don't know one place is for dudes to get BJs and the other one is for ladies to take their gal pals and daughters for a "spa day"? Come on.
Second, speaking of internet, I didn't check for this specific place, but sites like skipthegames, not password protected or membership restricted or anything, has TONS of ads for spas that offer or claim to offer these services, explicitly and by name, alongside their spa's address and telephone number. So yea, IF the internet didn't exist, then ok places are "utr". Otherwise, everything is out in the open and we oughtn't to pretend like this sort of thing doesn't happen EVERYWHERE, even at Hand and Stone, or that no one else in the universe except members here who have sekret access can ever know about it.
If the stores themselves place and pay for an advertisement that says they offer this service or that service, again, on an unprotected website that is google indexed, well, wtf are we playing around like we're guarding some magic sekret? Ricky Law STILL has to go there and follow the legal procedure to build case, to obtain search warrant, get warrant for arrest, all the same things he'd have to do if post is dirty or not, if someone posted review or not. If Lansdale PD has interest in busting that location, whether 1000000 people post nasty review about whatever crazy thing happens there, or if reviews describe readings from the gospel, either way they still have to follow directions. Is reason #82 why we have a Constitution and states have Constitutions and boroughs and townships have laws and courts even exist.
To devil's advocate argument, keeping utr for reason of anti-stampede, but other than that, who cares?
