Sorry that happened to you. Don't believe anything Tina ever says to you. She's peeved that Lisa is getting all the action. People take one look at her and run the other way. I think that's why she made an appointment for you with Lisa early this morning knowing that Lisa wasn't coming in until 9:30 today and hoping you'd stay.

If it's not Lisa, you're not getting the service you want there. I can't even imagine how much she is raking in day after day. But, at least SHE earns it.
