From the description, you definitely saw Lisa. I know that the town requires the spas to use the plastic covers. But, Swan Lake (up the road) has paper covers they place over the plastic cover (like they use in a medical office.) Then they toss it after you are done. A bare plastic cover is unhealthy from a hygiene standpoint for a number of reasons, but especially in view of what Lisa offers as part of her regular services. I mean, really, all that on a bare plastic cover. Say what?!?
