Well, in addition to being robbed by Serene, I had to suffer the humiliation of wincing when she walked all over my back because I asked for a strong massage when I visited a while ago. I mean one loves a vigorous massage but this is nuts -- she is no spring flower and she weighs. She also used her feet by sitting on a chair.
She may be in her mid thirties or forty but it is hard to tell when the make up is on and the mask is present. Her technique is basically jack hammering. Rain and Serena are different people. I've seen Rain once and never again. She works at this location in Los Altos and the require mandatory tip upfront which is the same amount as the session. She has terrible service massage is bad also. I think she even uses the name Rain on her FB profile, she's a real temperamental person also has lots of attitude.
