This has been my experience with her as well. I think she’s adorable to look at, but pulls the “too big” card with an uncomfortable expression on her face. It wrecks it for me as soon as I think I might be hurting her. Honestly I think it’s part of her typical repertoire and has nothing to do with me. Shame, because visually for me she’s perfect.
