Wow, they are dropping like flies in New Roc. Rose Spa was a not a big loss. Will be interesting if some new spas sprout up.

The municipality are using zoning to close these places
Instead of doing raids

The owner will have to go through the zoning to see what’s approved

And they will have to have certificates of training

Rose Spa had nice atmosphere

When I texted them on Wednesday
It took along time to reply
Then they replied back say they where closed till landlord get proper paperwork
I am assuming proper zoning for the spa
