It isn't like you're taking her out to meet your boys at at club. If she has a nice body and knows how to use it it really doesn't matter, at least for me. Age and/or a Butter-Faces are just fine with me.
I have found giving them some extra attention they wouldn't ususally get outside of this setting goes a long way. Don't call her beautiful if she isn't but sometimes a little "honest" compliment about her lips, neck line or eyes can go a long way. If she has hands that look like bear paws don't tell her she has beautiful hands, she will know it is all BS.
