She is great. The barber shop is definitely odd. But she is sharing the space to save some rent obviously. Diy is available and I believe possibly more, but I have not pushed the envelope too far yet.

Sometimes you have to be careful with what you speak of on the boards. You may have a special relationship with her & that is better to leave to PM. She is a great provider that borders on an Indy within her space - & I don’t think she wants controversial publicity.
