Don’t know where the private details went but long story short. Called to make an appointment gave good heads up of about 40 minutes. Told to come in. Waited outside the door for an eternity then ran into another monger sitting waiting. Left immediately

That's just a typical slice of the Queen spa experience. Shabbily run place where the usual provider's attitude is "uninterested" at best.

If it's Ruby running that place, sounds like it, then I'd understand why it is like it is, knowing her. LOL!!!
