Even if he didn't tip upfront, don't see how he walks out of there paying less than 100 tip in light of the services offered, regardless of the attitude of the provider.

I don't like being asked for it up front but usually in the moment I am not ready to put my clothes back on and walk out, never mind ask for a refund of my 60 house fee.
