Doesn’t really sound like Coco’s mannerism. Could have been a temp. They use the name of the person they are replacing. I once made an appointment with Coco and when I walked in the person who escorted me in, insisted Sunny was Coco. Not that I’m coming to Coco’s rescue here, I only had her twice over a long time period. My experience here is that it’s purely an R&T place. It’s unfortunate you had this experience. I had a similar experience here a few years ago when a temp wanted a greater contribution than what I laid down. I refused due to poor service and she told me never to come back there again.
