If you visited her at 11:00 am on Valentine's Day and she told you that you were her first customer then, yeah, she fibbed. Or she has some sort of anterograde amnesia (a blessing in this line of work!).

Somewhere in the forums can be found a set of "translations" of the things that a provider will tell a customer, but basically they will tell you whatever they think you want to hear. Including their name (temporarily borrowing the identity of a highly-sought-after sister provider), their age, how handsome you are, how beautiful (and large!) your tool is,...
Their comments have "truthiness"; they seem to be true, because we want them to be true.
Remember, their job is to entertain us. We like to be entertained, but would you believe everything an entertainer tells you?

Examples of things to be given an immediate discount in the truthfulness budget:
"I'm only 28 years old." (It's always 28 - I guess they don't want to be a member of the 27 club.)
"You're my best/favorite customer."
"You're my most handsome customer."
"You are the only gentleman among all my customers." (although they generally won't deploy this one if you have just butt-fucked them and then insisted on cumming in their mouth)
After telling them your age is X (if _you_ have told the truth!): "No, you look (X minus 30) or (X minus 20)."

(and my favorite)

I'm not gonna deny the financial incentive, but these girls (at least the best of them) are consummate artists at what they do, and I'm pretty sure they get off on our reactions to them. The pride of a craftswoman in a job well done.
They like to see the effects on us from their words, sounds, and their actions and techniques, and they learn.
The best ones know that it's not a one-size-fits-all kinda thing, so they have a bag of tricks, pull them out one by one until find a riff that works, and take it from there.
In a way, it's similar to stand-up comedy, where the comedian tries out various things to get a rise out of the audience, and then plays it for all it's worth.
And, importantly, when something bombs (like a finger up the ass for someone who's not into that), they need to recover quickly and get back in the groove.
We think we're playing them - they have it the other way around.
