Papaya is very legit Because it caters to a lot of older dudes especially in the last two years.

Waterfalls is a clean R&T spot and that’s on Whitehall closer to the ferry

Maiden lane is also pretty clean but the chicks there look a bit chopped

There was one further down John street but they couldn’t afford the rent and got evicted

The only ones doing FS in that area are the Russians check rub ratings for further review

Pearl street spa aka Sunny spa- Google them, are around 2 blocks away near water. Had fs here a number of times. Still there, and i think Korean. 33 Greenwich is a decent place too
