Just a little advice... It's generally not well regarded here to be disrespectful to others, esp others who have 30x your reviews.
I agree part of the review sounded a little unsettling but the crux of the issue here was them agreeing to something, taking his money, then not delivering OR offering the money back.
Unfortunately this location has not been worth a visit for years now. I said it before and I'll say it again. If you are looking for anything beyond a massage, go elsewhere.
