That is surprising. I have been here many times and have never ran into problems like this. It sounds like she kept asking if you called because someone had an appointment with Sarah already booked and she was trying to make sure the right guy was getting to see her. You said you tried to call so you could not have been the one with the appointment. I would have been mad if I had an appointment and got there and found out that my time was taken by a walk-in. As for the Korean screaming going on….lol…whenever they are talking to each other it sounds to me like screaming to but it just how they talk.

I only had one sub par visit this give or take a year ago with a young and brand new provider who was clunky and smelled bad. Otherwise, OE has always been a win for me.

True. This is the only possible scenario that makes any sense. But I will now proceed with caution.
