I think you just had a bad provider. I went a few weeks ago and had a good time. I live by as well and I know the neighbors don't like this place even though they calmed down a little, It's just a mater of time unfortunalty and I wouldn't put it past any of them to take a photo of you coming or going. The Jenkintown FB page is a bunch of self righteous ass-wipes.
