Pearl and Stone (16th and South), and Healing hands (13 and lombard), same owner, have solid R&T experiences

I agree, I barely visit this place anymore. They had much better service before COVID, and I can also vouch for Healing Hands which has an expanded menu with some of the providers.

I am surprised; with the construction making parking and access difficult I would think that they would be in need of business and appreciative.

The building has a back door, though the area itself isnt terrible depending on the hour. You may have a 5 minute walk

It's not a dangerous area, it's just harder to reach because of the construction.
