Great review - thanks for sharing. I posted a question in the discussion forum about tipping at LH. For a standard tip here for an hour, is it $0.6 HF + $1.4 tip or $0.6 + $$ tip? Understanding you may have tipped differently, but I don't want to disappoint. Thanks for clarifying.
