If I may give my opinion here
You need to ask yourself what is it that you want
The following are my opinions only
Suki is younger and prettier her service is definitely top notch and she likes to make you happy
Sunny has natural Cs and they look very nice she is newer to the US and she feels very tight and even thou as a FS Suki is better, her mouth is magical

Also a big point for me here is distance its not just 40 minutes there is also 40 minutes back, and the longer you are out the bigger excuse for the SO you’ll need

At the end I think you can’t loose but the choice is yours and yours alone to make

I would go with Sunny because she is still fresh and energetic. Both are really cute, Sunny has a big natural set of C which gives an edge to Suki’s mm B.

Did park at Popeyes once during a day visit. Luckily, last night I found a spot on the street between KFC and DD. MMS told me parking at KFC during the day is no good but at night ok. As for Sunny . . . a sweetie, nice natural Cs and, as Uzumakiller said above, a great mouth (could eliminate the need for BoomBoom). No FK at all though.
