Ruby has been my go to for a while @ NHS. Never disappoints even the one time I was there mid afternoon and it was a rush job but still a good session.

I used to go to new happy a fair bit, but I never learned the ideal times to go. Any idea what the down times usually would be? Also I saw Ruby once for just a HE and she was very accommodating. Reliable for a good time.

I honestly never had a wait. But I either go midday or late at night. I would think prime times are like 530-8 PM. But I never really go those times.
