What's the connection between they knowing you and "trek in"
You mean that you park far away and you use your trek in GPS or do you mean that they know you and they meet you in the parking lot and guide you in ?
Also you say little to no massage but if there was no massage, how did you spent your time ? Any details you can share with us ?

Uh no. Sorry if not clear, but i used the mall entrance when this is frowned upon. They recognized me and suggested to not do that at all. Time? Here is buy 30 min and get 10-15. I never bought an hour here, not sure why anyone that knows wouldn’t do that at NCS. I don’t want to go into a play by play. Left with a smile. Went once and won’t go back. Made me wait forever. Told me to wait and 15 min later comes back. I wanted to leave but was determined to see it through. Got crappy massage and only offered HE. For our area this place is ok considering what they charge which is bit more then average. It’s hit or miss though. I’ve heard FS and I’ve heard HE on reviews.

they do- it’s out behind in the back parking lot, but it faces the intersection. I wasn’t aware of the front door inside the hallway lol.

I'm pretty sure they don't want people going in the front since the one door is locked and when you open the other one, a wind chime comes swinging at my face that's hooked on the door lol.
