Great review. I feel this was legitimately an accident because I've never heard of them doing a bait and switch at Green-Qi. I've never seen Nancy but have been seeing Angela for a long time. You'll love Angela but it's neat to know they have another provider who is stepping up.

If you genuinely booked with Ange and they gave you someone else without telling you, you should raise hell. When you accept the b&s it teaches the mms that she can get away with it. Not good.

Glad to hear Nancy has some skills tho. That shop needs more talent. In the past it was always just one rockstar and a couple of duds.
