Ocean has had quite a lot of reviews. I agree it’s a nice and clean place. A good solid massage and a HE only.

Imho, if you compare the providers that went through here in months past to the providers now, Elle and Angela it's certainly has gone downhill. Massage is mediocre and mechanical finish.

I went there pre covid and posted a review. It was just ok. Not bad, not great. It has gone through some changes since then though. Parking in this area is no fun so for that alone I would seek alternatives considering how aggressive Philly ticketing is.

If you set reasonable expectations you will rarely be disappointed. You can only reach those expectations by doing your homework and acting on recent intel. Otherwise, you role the dice and should have much lower expectations but hope to come away with a smile on your face. For me, this spa is a decent choice if you are in south Philly and need a quick diversion for some relief. But it would never be a road trip destination for me. My sessions there have been good, but nothing out of the ordinary for the menu provided. The interior is nice space.
