Up in the sky we're under the first quarter half-moon, but it looks like you got the full Moon!
I'm pretty sure that the 45-minute "therapy hour" is only a thing with Moon. My "hour" with her lasted 40 minutes.
My two recent visits with the more mature Cindy at this place have been for the full hour.

I got the full "45" and didn't feel rushed at all. With no time wasted in a TS it ended up being enough. But a full hour would be even better.
