I have found the standard of LMP's on Rosie is you have to directly ask for what you want. Hints aren't good enough.
First, the more Spanish you speak the friendlier they are. If you are if you are fluent latino that's best, but if you are non-latino with only a few phrases under your belt, it opens the door. Seriously just go to google translate and learn a few phrases, even if it's just learning "Solo se un poquito de español" (I only know a little spanish).
Second, if you don't ask for a HJ, BJ, FS directly many of these ladies won't hint or offer. And I feel like this is almost a Rosie LMP thing, as even other LMPs I've been at in the past have known 'what's up.' But at more than one Rosie LMP if I don't say I want a HJ, they don't hint, then I go back and ask for HJ and I get it. They will likely give you a no at first, then ask if you're police a few times but then probably at least give a HJ.
I after you get HJ I would say test the waters as you see fit to see if you can get more, you probably can. (some ask for more than HJ first time, but that's not my style).
I got blue balls the first time I saw a lady at Bernice's; 2 or 3 more visits with her I got FS. And that is largely because I didn't try sooner.
Now are these girls worth it? That's a different question and a personal opinion. Even after you break down the barrier and you're one of these ladies regulars the service isn't always the best. We get some dead fish, some "papi cum quick" 5 minutes into things. Not saying these ladies aren't worth the effort... but it's not xanadu once you're in, it's just an LMP.
