Booking is through http://www.mybeautifulvixens.com/mollyvalentine39/ but I haven't seen her on the schedule in a month so not sure if she is still around for booking. Damage was a bit odd and I honestly don't remember the exact numbers since it was a bit ago. I believe 5, but not positive. MBV is pretty up front about their costs though so after getting screened, they can definitely set you straight on costs. Hands down best agency I've ever worked with.
