I stopped in there a while back; maybe a couple months ago. I don’t think I had the same provider, but might’ve—can’t recall her name. Koko, maybe. Similar experience. Expecting higher tips leads them to provide poorer service for basic requests. Makes me wonder how good the higher level of service would be…
