Your review reaffirms my method when visiting this place. I have never called ahead and will see what is offered when I arrive. I have only been disappointed once. This is still the best in the area for a quick release for a decent donation.

The one time I called ahead, Kathy did the swticheroo also. I only walk in now.

I travel pretty far, so I always call ahead & book 4 hand with Kiki & Linda. Kathy still pulls the B&S but I don't allow it, & eventually she will take over for the walkin. If both ladies are busy, I'll wait either in the room, or drive around.
