I have been to places in philly with the underwear notice. I ignored it and everything progressed as I wanted to the end. Signs can be just window dressing. Other signs have stated that client should not ask for any extra services. Again, extra services were available.

It’s funny you say that - I think I’m biased by experience because I’ve been to one of those Philly places too and it was definitely legit (in the end, more clearly than the place in this review) — it was another situation where I was in a time crunch and the place I wanted to go to was unexpectedly closed, so I took a chance. Anyway I hope someone can prove me wrong about Wildwood!
