Typically, I don't use the front door (no pun intended), here or elsewhere. If you park in the back lot and use the rear entrance, you'll have to climb the flight of outdoor stairs. If climbing stairs is not an issue for you, I recommend that approach. In either case, though, the pups will try to escape (pun intended that time).
