Wow, this actually happened to me too, I booked 24 hrs in advance, they promised me Cherry. When I got there 15 minutes before my appt, they said she didn't show up for work, then offered Berry 15 minutes beforehand. I go up and they asked who was I supposed to see. I told them Cherry, but she wasn't available and they promised Berry, but she was already taken by someone for 2 hours. Then told me Lisa was only available. A little peeved was an understatement
