LOL, sorry really not trying to laugh in your face but the "Something needs to change" comment I found amusing. These ladies know what they have and what the value of it is. What "The Market Rate" is so to speak. I mean what in the world are you actually proposing? A boycott? Forming a Union of mongers? If you stop going to a spa guess what the ladies will do? Move along to another place and area. Or as you said, they will start giving "bad expericne(s)". There are different price points and the markets work themselves out in the end.
We're really close to NYC and DC. Basic American monger's more or less are all the same. Their experience with customers in NYC or Philly is really about the same but if they can make more money in one area what would you do?
