I decided to expand a little and visited lan foot spa in may of this year. Before I go in I pop in quick to pretend to get a business card to see how busy it is at certain times. I also sometimes park nearby and eat lunch. In June and July I have noticed county police parking in the lot and just sitting. Several times. I went to the spa one day at early morning when I figured it would be no big deal. When I came out, bad timing. A cruiser did a slow roll past the spa. He stopped behind my car. Blocking me. Thats what I get for stupidly parking out front. I pretended to take a call on my cell and didn't get into my car because I thought if I get in and leave he will follow me. I just fake talked on my phone, and noted he wrote down something on a pad, I'm guessing my plate but no idea. He then slow rolled away. I'm avoiding this place for now.
