I think so. I'm still trying to get my first visit in. My experience with text have been spotty. Seems like maybe if things are slow they take the risk and respond to unknown numbers.

I don't know. Try texting like around 10 am to noon. Don't text right at the hour and half hour mark. Introduce yourself and say you want to get verified.

They did eventually get back to me and approved me. I had to give them multiple references.
