These screening practices are way too much, I guess if you don't mind ever being audited, who is going to send an email traced and tracked on a formal corporate server for something like this? I understand they want to do an audit, but this is now leverage and collateral, if you ever did something they didn't like they could float your info and you're done.

I just had references from the girls I've seen in the past. And it was good enough. As far as the ID goes even if you did something wrong, what leverage do they really have. They dont want any trouble themselves. They will probably ban you from there and all other places associated with them.
