You are right about what you never saw and that makes a huge positive difference. Every time I am in the shower there I hear her getting banged out. Damn she is loud. I want a second session just to try to get those noises. She is very cute and sweet IMO.

Surely there's a rider (heh...rider) in the contract providing that ownership reverts to the public if the deed holder leaves the country or otherwise fails to perform her contractual obligations.
