This place has its convenient location and clean facilities working for it. The girls are OK, as you said no PH quality or NYAW. But they get the job done, of the three I’ve had Happy and Susie. Based on your session with Jenny I wouldn’t bother with her.
You’re right they don’t seem to have their act together. I’ve tried texting them and they never respond. You have to call them. If they got their act together they would be more crowded.

It's an ok place & the ladies are ok too, but IMO only the latter lovely you mentioned could be in that tier of donation. But like the Hall & Oates song goes, She's Gone.
