You can see thick and fat when you walk in the door. I've learned to always tell myself when I see a new girl, it's ok to politely say you'd like to cancel. Take a deep breath & save yourself a lot of money. Once you've done it, you find you can do it again even easier. I also text the PO and say why I declined. We shouldn't settle for what we don't want to pay for.
