I would put her as above 30s but that's my take NOT yours. Do agree in that she's high energy, sorta like a Korean energizer bunny.
I wouldn't rate her appearance a 5 like the OP, but respect his take and he seems in the ballpark with everything else but I give the vag a solid 8, that's just my opinion.
