Because guys who are searching in Central New Jersey aren't going to see the review. And, guys who see it searching North Jersey probably aren't going to make the drive to Neptune. Just so happens I've been to this spa a bunch of times and would like the owner and the girls there to get the additional business this review may generate. BTW...if you go, use the back door. The front entrance is way too close to the sidewalk on Corlies Avenue.
