I mean in terms of risk/benefit? Like I feel like cops patrolling the streets will notice more easily the non-essential business that are open. Seems like they'll draw a lot more heat.
Even in Flushing, most all of the AMPs have shut down. Even essential workers would rather stay home than go out (i.e. grocery store cashiers at Chinese supermarkets) causing those Chinese supermarkets to close temporarily.
