Yes. The OPEN sign has been off since the pandemic thing started. Still operating. The Non-essential business violation sign is on the window. I indulge too many times for my own good tbh

Saw Mia 2 weeks ago at Hitomi. They looked closed but she answered the door immediately. She had a mask the whole time (odd but was in the mood). Looks and service were both a 6 or 7 out of 10.
