This problem with appointments seems like it is becoming a standard. I've read several reviews complaining about it recently with Rosemary Spa, Royal Cindy Spa, and even the famed New Star with a regular and generous customer. I think the main thing is they just don't want to turn customers away when they walk in. It can be especially difficult when it's a small shop with only a couple of girls. I don't know how your conversation went but if you say something like "be there in 20" they don't look at it like an appointment because guys call and say they're coming then ghost them all the time. Of course if you call in advance and say something "I only have opening for X:XX" they should be honoring that. Then again, a new customer might not get the same commitment as a known customer in that regard.

Wow, it must have been an off night for her. She was so pleasant with me, even when I came back for Yiyi immediately after seeing her.
Lol. Your reviews were the main reasons I wanted to schedule with YiYi, but was happy to go with Coco. I do agree. It may have just been an off night. But the vibe was just not great.

I will keep watching the reviews and maybe I will give it one more chance.

I think you are probably right. And it's hard to blame them. I'm sure they must get ghosted all the time. It's still frustrating to be promised a certain provider and have that confirmed by text only to have it changed less than 20 minutes later.

Oh well.

Based on this review it would be a no for me. This is a solid in depth review where the OP tried to give the thumbs up but couldn’t for very detailed reasons. Short on time , no affection and a few others. Love the honest review here
