What about the part when you said that they are refusing your appointments? How in the world do they know who you are on the other end of the line? Unless you call up and say “hi, I am the guy who nutted in your face and I’d like to make an appointment.....”??

Hey, sorry to reply so late but life's been getting in the way. As it turns out, the number to the place was (dunno if it is anymore) Tiffany's number because she was also the manager.
