I think the 4th fl is an independent; you might need to call first, as I believe it's her apartment. When I went to Haru, I didn't realize there were two different spots in the same building.

I accidentally ended up walking to the fourth floor. And I saw that there was a camera and doorbell outside. But I also saw that there was some timberlands outside of the door. So I just decided to go back down.When I was walking back down the stairs she open her door on the second floor. She looked older about 50. But she told me that it was $60 for a massage. I might go back another time to check it out which is like you said that price is very pricey for the area.
